I've never been the type to write a review and have always taken other reviews with a grain of salt. However this experience compelled a review. We bought this RC Truck for our 4 year old for Christmas. Out of the box there were some marks on the truck making us wonder if it had seen previous use. We charged it up and let our 4 year old play. Within 10 minutes, the front bumper had broken off. We figured it was only a matter of time till the bumpers broke since we knew a $45 RCTruck is far from top of the line. The next day, the 4 year old complained that the truck would not go straight. After looking at it, the rear axle /drive attachment had broken off. All the play the toy saw was inside the house going up and down a hallway due to the weather outside. When it came time to return the toy, we had to pay for shipping (another $11),then the company charged us a $10 restocking fee and said that we returned the toy damaged. this truck will help you get the most bang for your buck. it comes with everything you need and is ready to use as soon as you get it! i enjoyed the fact that it has springs to absorb little drop or accidents, smart buy
