My son and daughter both love it
I bought this for my 1 year old for his birthday, I know the age limit says 3-6 but I got it anyways, he could really care less right now that it transforms from the robot to the car because he LOVES his cars and trucks but my 7 year old daughter absolutly loves it. I am actually having an issue trying to explain to her that they can share but it is his toy. It is very easy to transform from a robot to the car and back, when it is in firetruck mode you pull up on the ladder and there you have it, a rescue bot. It has been crawled over, thrown down stairs and is still in one piece. I will be looking for more of the figures to purchase.

Extremely durable!!
Our boys received all six of these for Christmas and Easter when they were 2 & 4 years old. Instant hits! They are played with EVERY SINGLE DAY and have endured some pretty rough crashes and falls over the past 7 months. (Down the stairs, across asphalt in the driveway, and general toddler boy play.) They show their wear with scratches but still transform and roll easily. They are easy enough for our 2-year old to transform on his own, but engaging enough to hold our now 5-year old's attention for long stretches of time. I suppose they are not super educational. But I love that they don't take batteries and since they have personalities, my boys are able to use their imagination to create stories and scenarios for their transformers. They are also good for motor development skills. I would not hesitate to recommend these to any parent of toddlers.
Rescue Bots rock!
First off, I only write reviews when I think there is something that people should know before buying...let me say these Rescue Bots are very cool for both my 2 and 4 yr old....they really like them....nice transformation but not hard to do....HOWEVER....Heatwave has pinched both my kids while transforming....the two yr old got it twice. Not skin cutting or anything but def. painful. FYI

Very Cool!
We bought this for our son for Christmas. He loves Transformers but is still too young to really play with the other Transformers toys (He is 3). This was perfect for him! It lights up, makes cool sound effects and transforms into Battle Mode. It also has two missles that shoot out of the front. Our son is able to play with this without any complication.

This is a great toy for older kids too. My 11 year old nephew liked playing with it too! I'll be looking for more Stealth Force Transformers.

Great Optimus Truck!!
We got this toy for our 3yr old son for Christmas and it was a BIG hit!! The noises mimmick the Transformers 2 movie/dialog and the push button sounds/transformations are easy and fun for any toddler/pre-schooler. The truck does not transform in to a robot, but does do a "hydro-lift" with slight transformation and armor sounds. Good for any young Transformer fan.
4 year old and his 7 year old friend LOVE this toy
The title about says it all. This is not a complicated transformer that needs to be puzzled through. I thought my son would lose interest, but, he has not since Christmas (good for a 4 year old) and his 7 year old buddy also managed to talk him into letting him borrow it. It has something that captivates young boys...not necessarily their moms. BTW it does have two small torpedo-like things it shoots. Avoid if you don't like shooting toys.
