With so many on offer these days, it is great to have a name you can trust. This item is certainly that and will be a perfect buy. The distributor have added some great touches and this equals great value.

Good for beginners, but not for advanced or experienced modelers
If you are buying this for your kid as an introduction to the hobby, it's probably ok. If you are a serious modeler, however, you are probably better off buying the newer Revell Of Germany Kenworth, or another kit that doesn't have such an aged pedigree.
1st, the good. The model has quite a bit of detail molded in. The cab exterior looks quite good, as well as the frame and engine. Details are supplied for two different versions. Tires are of almost scale thickness rubber, meaning they're quite flexible, although they do lack any sort of branding or text on the sidewalls. Kit instructions are clear and understandable. The price is pretty reasonable for what you get. According to the stamped information on the bottom of the chassis mold, this is a 1982 vintage kit.
Now the bad: The model has details that are incompletely or inaccurately molded, or simply not there at all. Engine oil filter is only a 3/4 cylinder shape. The side view mirrors are...

YOU SHOULD SEE THE EYES ON MY FRIEND WHEN AS I HIT THAT SWITCH. LOL I SAW MANY NICE CAR IN UTUBE BUT NONE WITH LIGHT LIKE MINES.
